Strength for the work. Renewal for the one doing it.

From Survival to Sacred Assignment

Lumumba Samuels is an educator, pastor, mental health advocate, and transformational leader whose life declares that what was meant to break you can be divinely repurposed for purpose. Once counted among statistics that predicted limitation, he now stands as living evidence that faith interrupts patterns, overturns forecasts, and restores what struggle tries to erase.

With years of service in education, ministry, coaching, and community leadership, Lumumba speaks to those who feel heavy, faith tested, and purpose distant. He believes healing is not passive, and purpose is not accidental—it is awakened. His keynote is not blanket motivation; it is an intentional engagement with calling, guiding audiences into a deeper listening where purpose stirs and the heart remembers what it was created for.

Lumumba challenges individuals and institutions alike to confront what must be healed, release what no longer serves them, and step fully into the work they were created to do. His story reminds us that resurrection is the courageous decision to rise while still breathing, and to embrace your calling with clarity and courage, allowing your life to become a testament of hope and impact.

Purpose is not found. It is resurrected.

Honoring Milestones

“Lumumba, again, thanks for coming and speaking at graduation today. Your words are always meaningful and spot-on for the kids. You are a great addition to the staff and your involvement with the guys has long-term payoffs for the Kingdom.”

-Dr. Paul Norby, Associate Principal, Walter Maginnis High School, Minnesota Correctional Facility—Red Wing

Challenging Young Minds.

Hi Lumumba,

Thank you for being a part of our T.E.A.M. (Taking Education Above Myself) program.  We would love to have you come some other time and just be a part of the group. Your connection with our T.E.A.M. is amazing. I had a few of the students come and talk to me about you and your message. Some of our students had early bird class, but they were so engaged with you that they didn't want to miss out. Thank you again for all you have done for us!

-Dan McNulty, Lakeville North High School, Assistant Principal
